Kataev Nurzhan Zholymbekuly

Nurzhan Kataev is an International Master of Sport in freestyle wrestling, Asian Champion, World Junior Champion, and a winner and medallist of Asian Championships.

He is an Honoured Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is a professional specialist with many years of experience in sport and management. He began his career in the field of sport and later worked in public service, including in government bodies responsible for the development of physical culture and sport. Over the years, he headed the sports sector of Shymkent city. In 2018, he was appointed President of Ordabasy Football Club. In 2023, he was elected Vice-President of the Kazakhstan Wrestling Federation.
